Gently shake the bottle and spray around you and in your space. This intentional spray will allow you to be present in your body and feel connected to your roots.

Note: Do not spray directly on skin to avoid possible reactions due to the essential oils used in this spray. Avoid direct sunlight if you chose to spray on the body due to the adverse effects that essential oils can have in the sunlight.
