Q: What if I do not want the herbs floating in my water?
A: Each soak includes a muslin tea bag to turn your soak into a tea bath if you choose to do so. You just fill up your bag with The Sacred Raven Ritual Bath Soak or elixir and move it through your water. The salts and powders will disperse throughout your water, but the herbs will remain in the bag for easy clean up!… And yes, these bags are reusable.
Q: I am not sure if I am allergic to any of the herbs used. What happens if I have a reaction?
A: Immediately drain your tub and rinse your skin with clean water. If the reactions do not go away, rub coconut or olive oil on affected area. If the area does not calm down, consult a professional for healing options.
Q: How should I store my jar of The Sacred Raven Ritual Bath Soak or Elixir?
A: Keep your jar in a cool and dry spot that is away from direct sunlight. There are no preservatives in the soaks leaving the shelf life of the product reduced. You will want to use the soak within a six-month time-frame. Once your jar is emptied, we encourage you to recycle or reuse the jar.
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Once the product has been purchased, the product has been considered used. To avoid contamination of the product and for the safety of all, we do not accept returns. All sales are final, However if your product is received damaged through shipping, email us immediately at: support@thesacredraven.com
Q: How long will it take to process and ship my order?
A: All orders are processed immediately and shipped out every Monday and Friday. Your order will be shipped at the soonest available time. All orders are sent via UPS or USPS.
